The Quality Rose is the mark of England’s official, nationwide quality assessment scheme and is an independent, reliable, impartial assessment of quality covering just about every type of place you might want to stay. Think of the Quality Rose as your personal guarantee that your expectations will be met. Our objective quality ratings give you a clear indication of accommodation standard, cleanliness, ambience, hospitality, service and food. Using a clear star rating system (1-5 stars ), they provide the reassurance you need about what to expect before you arrive. Generally, the more stars, the higher the level of quality. For individual types of accommodation, the quality rating allows you to distinguish between both the quality of the accommodation and the facilities on offer.

We are pleased to announce that "Bella Vista" and "Nuthatch Cottage" have been given a 4 star "Excellent" award by VisitBritain for 2006, in the national quality assurance grading scheme for self catering accommodation.
We are currently awaiting a grading for "Seagull Cottage" but are confident of another 4 star grading from VisitBritain

As before, Bella Vista has given us both a wonderful holiday and a complete and relaxing "escape"! We have now stayed in several of Nick and Stephanie`s holiday homes. All superb but Bella Vista is the crowning glory. Superb views and extremely comfortable. Thankyou again and will see you again when we come back.

Had a fantastic time! Extremely pleasant area with a lovely beach. Bella Vista was well equipped (thanks for the Christmas decorations - lovely touch!) and my daughter and I felt very much at home here. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get away from it all. looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Thanks again for our 5th year running! The children love it here - the beach, Thrigby Wildlife gardens, Petits Animal adventure park, there`s so many things to see and do. The bungalows really well kept, far better than any other place we`ve hired. Like the new fireplace.

The cottage has been beautifully renovated and equipped. Hemsby is a lovely village, very friendly. The Kings Head around the corner does a decent meal and the Chinese takeaway is excellent. A very enjoyable and relaxing week.

We have been coming to Wakefield Court and Bella Vista for 10 years every Spring Bank Holiday. Every year has been great. The weather has been good and not so good. You can`t book the weather but you can book great accommodation.
