Norfolk's soft sandy beaches are just a short walk to the end of the road. Close to the village shops and local pubs in the seaside village of Caister-on-sea. Fishing and boating on the Norfolk Broads close by. The traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth lies 3 miles distant with the Pleasure Beach fun fair, shows, Sea Life Centre, pier and amusements. Norwich is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping, cathedral, theatre, inns and restaurants.

Seagull Cottage is historically famous locally, as being the previous residence of Sarah Martin (1791-1843).
Seagull Cottage is our 18th Century traditional Norfolk thatched cottage, which has a wealth of character and original features. From the hallway, one goes up the cottage style stairs to the landing where one has to duck under a low oak beam to reach the 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom has a carved pine double bed and lovely pine furniture, off the master bedroom is the ``secret bedroom`` , which has a single bed, this was originally the Masters bedroom. Off the landing is the twin bedroom, again complete with pine furniture and skylight through the thatched roof. Downstairs is the superb large kitchen diner with; duel fuel cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge & freezer. Spacious lounge with original inglenook fireplace and beamed ceiling, 28" widescreen TV with digital Freeview (30 channels) and DVD player. Luxury bathroom with double whirlpool bath and multijet shower. Own private secluded country garden with patio furniture for alfresco dining.
Full gas Central Heating makes for a very cosy cottage.
