TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE.(2008) YOUNG PERSONS; Cottages-in-Norfolk We are sorry—but bookings will not be accepted for groups or young parties under 25 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse admission to properties to persons disregarding this condition and at no cost to ourselves. PAYMENT DETAILS;
A provisional telephone booking will be held for 4 days only, to allow for
the receipt of
the deposit.
DOGS; One small well behaved dog can
be accommodated in the cottages,
strictly
by prior arrangement. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS; Payment by credit and debit cards are welcome. Balances paid by Credit card are subject to a 2% surcharge.
ELECTRICITY & GAS; CLEANING & SECURITY
DEPOSITS.
BEDDING: Duvets, pillows, extra blankets and linen are provided in all of the properties. LEISURE & POOL FACILITIES: Use of the swimming pool and entertainment facilities at Bella Vista are off site and are subject to the terms and conditions of the facility providers and are subject to an additional fee. Not available from November until March. Use is entirely at the facility providers discretion. GUEST NUMBERS: The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the number of beds provided, except by prior special arrangement. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES : Accommodation will available from 3pm on your booked day of arrival. Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the booked day of your departure. PROBLEMS:
Whilst
every effort is made to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday, problems can
occur. If you have any cause for complaint this must be notified to us
immediately during your stay
to allow us the opportunity to take
remedial action. We cannot accept any liability in relation to any shortcomings
or claim of whatever nature if you fail to notify us of any complaint,
problem
or claim during your holiday and secondly write
to us within 28 days of the end of your holiday. CANCELLATION; If you are compelled to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately by telephone. Then you must confirm in writing. We will endeavour to relet for you. If we are successful in reletting, you will forfeit your Booking Deposit. If we do not relet, then you will be held responsible for the prompt payment for the full balance-of-hire due on the accommodation you booked. Please make sure that you have holiday cancellation insurance to cover such eventualities. We cannot accept any liability in relation to any shortcomings
